Very interesting post. You have given you daily routine and food intake.

Malt Whisky, Indian or Scottish? I take it you lie it with out adding water!

Now you need to give your blood test numbers and how you do your daily monitoring?

Do you go for regular, eye screening, foot check and blood test?

Thanks.

I agree we need more information to be helpful. Their could be a communication error on how the sites works. What information are you seeking with all the data you provided. You did not give us your A!C just your meal plan., which looks very good and seems to maintain a stable diabetic level. What is your weight and how many units are you on long acting and short acting. Any other inportant information will help us guide you and the admin . staff.. In the mean time welcome to HU.

Would you like to see that come down? If you do checking daily or twice daily is important to follow your norm and determine which foods are bet for you. Has any one given you a diet to follow or foods to avoid. Reducing specific items like rice and increasing the veggie's helps improve A!C count. Fruits also cause high A!C's as they are high in glucose. Do you eat meat, seafood, chicken? I know the diet varies by region. Nuts and ghee are great for you along with stir-fry's. I think you could drop the A!C below 6.5 in a few months and aim for a 6. Speak with your doctor.
