Having an upswing in my sugar lately
Nowadays morning fasting sugar is in the range of 130 to 145 and after breakfast there is a rise of 50 points
The HB A1 C is now at 7.9
Medication is
Vildagliptin twice a day 50 mg
Met form in twice a day 1000 mg
I walk hundred kilometres every month
any suggestions are welcome
Generally, it ls accepted that for effective diabetes management,diet plays an important role to the extent of 50% of overall efforts.You have not indicated anything about what you eat,how much and when.50 point spike in BS level after breakfast is also significant.So,please elaborate on these issues.
