There is a wealth of information on this site posted earlier by experienced diabetics,health professionals etc. that are very educative and helpful.Please use the search function on this web page to access those posts on every subject related to diabetes.If you still have need for clarifications,please post your questions,so that others in forum can respond.And do not forget to post your successes for the benefit of others.

I didn't understand the post... guide you about what? And why this pic? Does it signify something about your present problem on which you are asking guidance? I'm sure I'll be better able to help if you shared more info...

It is difficult to guide you without knowing your diabetic history. But You should give more emphasis for low carbohydrate diet and aerobic exercises.

Try to learn more about diabetes mellitus and it's complications.

If you have got any physical or mental problems in future, it should be attributed to diabetes mellitus.

You should undergo medical check-up periodically.

A: HbA1c. HbA1c is a lab test that shows the average level of blood sugar (glucose) over the previous 3 months. It shows

how well you are controlling your diabetes.

B: Control your high Blood pressure, if any. Normal blood pressure- <120/80 mmHg.

C: Control your blood Cholesterol: Normal cholesterol < 200 mg/dL. LDL <100 mg/dL HDL > 40 mg/dL Triglyceride < 150 mg/dL.

D: Diabetic education. Dental check-up should be done in every 6 months.

E: Eye examination for glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataract.

F: Foot examination

G: Glucose monitoring. Fasting or postprandial blood sugar may be checked daily and avoid foods that elevates blood sugar.

H: Health maintenance immunization against influenza and pneumococcal pneumonia.

I: Indications for specialty care. Heart, kidney, thyroid and eye should be checked periodically by concerned specialists.

Guide you for what ? But from your dressing you seem to be doctor to related to health care. If it is so then this group will definitely have some positive information from you. Although what ever you need regarding diabetes, you can a lot of information from this group as there are many experienced and caring people in the group who can help you in every respect. They have done a lot of reading and are ready to share with all the members. Stay blessed. Stay healthy.
