Day time sleeping

Some say that diabetic patients should not sleep during day time and engage in some sort of socially useful productive work. If you do more work, your blood glucose will be converted to physical energy. If you sleep during the day, your muscles will be wasted and you don't have deep sleep during night time

greetings sir and happy new year. One can erst in afternoon but exercise to activate the pancreas a must as it is blocked/clogged. Once this blockages are cleared, no diabetic issue. also people swallow and dont chew and eat.

Simple tip, White Ash gourd to be had in morning about 250 gms along with skin and once can see the reduction. Also for some days, no milk, buttermilk, curd and MAIN POISONOUS IS WHEAT to be avoided.

Plenty of yoga is there to activate clean the pancreas and activate.

good luck to all and be healthy by some yoga and also doing pranayam where no expenditure to paying to doctor.
