yes- It is possible- have to check with doctor- - specially if one ahs Acid Reflux.

Even though - ACV - is acidic - it supposed to help many different conditions.

Thanks, Fatbuddy, though I doubt if my doctor would know or be able to help me. I will have to decide for myself.

Do yo have any symptoms ? You may need to have an ednoscopy or see a

sepcialist - Gastrologist to check it out.

I went down that road years ago when I was seriously ill, but my gastro-ent. wouldn't give me one as he felt I could die with the picolax let alone the procedure.

I don't trust doctors now because of what happened to me prior to that, but I manage it myself one way or another.

I use muscle testing taught to me by a well qualified and experienced kinesiologist, so I will muscle test the apple cider vinegar.

I have tested and so far not able to take, but am hopeful when I get my body use to it by testing. Thanks again.

sorry for your condition- you may be an exceptional case.

By the way- I am NOT advocating that every one should take or benefit from ACV...

this was info I found in my email- and also have seena book just on ACV.

Take care - good luck. In USA - some chiropractor / Nutritionist may help.

No, I understand that, but it is quite popular here in the UK, too. It is just finding what is right for each of us. I know everyone is only trying to help on here. You take care, too.

A BBC programme studied the effects of apple cider vinegar on carbohydrate absorption and found it relatively ineffective. Natural fat is far more beneficial.
