What is your age please?In any case,you have to make efforts to get it below 110.

There is nothing like preDiabetes. One is either diabetic or a non-diabetic.

So what would you say if a person has fasting blood sugar level between 100 to 105?

From a Single reading can't be said anything. What's hba1c, fasting s insulin levels and ogtt?

Hba1c 5.9, fasting insulin serum count is 11 and OGTT test was normal, gone for OGTT thrice in last 2 months, and every time it came as normal, 2 days before my fasting blood sugar number came as 100 but last night before I went for test I had 2 to 3 bottles of beer & in my dinner I had egg prathas, chapatis, fried rice and curd, and after a long time I had my dinner stomach full and this time I didn't take my reading on glucometer, I went to a lab and provided my blood sample to them and reading came as 100.

So what is your opinion on my reading is it normal or not?

No.You are early diabetic. You can stop worsening your condition by idm / lchf diet or you will end up with severe IR and full blown D.
