Is sugar readings in reports and body symptoms are equal to everyone ?

Reports are definitive and give a clear picture of how it is.Symptoms ,on the other hand are not always clear.Most times symptoms are latent and when first diagnosed.most people are surprised and shocked at the news.I believe that it is safer to be guided by the reports,at the same time keeping a look out for the classic symptoms of diabetes.
