This is indeed very interesting information. I wasn't aware that Nutella and a few other well known brands weren't as healthy as they had been claiming to be. It's very surprising.

Good video .A good iniative.

Great! It is clear what one needs to avoid. But what is missing - and I am blaming no one for it - is what one can do other than avoid? What are the other choices available in healthy food intake? Where can one get them - at a reasonable cost?

For example, through some much earlier posts in this forum I had heard of "chironji", a viable component of the food that an LCHF practitioner can eat. I had earlier never heard of it or eaten it in my life. However recently I saw the item in Big Bazaar and out of curiosity bought a 50 gram pack of the stuff at a whopping Rs. 80/. Later at home I bit into 8 stones while trying to eat the stuff! Eight stones in a 50 g pack is a high percentage of adulteration! At this forum we need to promote an active alternative society not just for debunking things - which is easy - but also credible and reliable and cost effective alternative strategies!

Excellent information. I wish our govt could act soon to ban such products. Even refine flour is mixed routinely with besan - gram flour - to make the products cheaper. Protein powders are also not beneficial and waste of money. It would be better if we eat peanuts and dry fruits instead of protein powders. It's better to take minerals and vitamins in their natural forms rather then synthetically added.
