Hi all, don't know if its allowed but formulated low carb cookies n am eager to share. Equal amount of coconut powder and almond flour, add chopped walnuts, sun dried blueberries; and baking powder. Add water to make a dough n a little olive oil (optional). Cut into cookies with a cookie cutter n bake at 180'F for 15-20min. Done!
Any suggestions?

It failed n I left it long time back. PPwas 106 or so but it spiked badly at 1hr going beyond 200. Rt now m trying various combination of low carb eatables n its working. PP today was 126. Fasting is still raised at103 but much better than what it was at 114.. m taking milk thistle as someone advised here for bringing it down..😊
