Will any body tell me that during fasting timing (at night) i may exercise or not.

If you exercise during fasting period, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) may occur (less than 72 mg/dL.)

It is generally advocated that walking for about fifteen minutes after dinner is good for diabetics,but you should be careful about likely hypo during night.

I usually take one hour walk @8 pm before dinner. Come home. Relax for half an hour and then take dinner. My brunch at @9.30 am and a cup of tea at around 3-4 pm. I'm t2d and never felt hypo. Taking only metformin but yes those who take pancreatogogues medicines or insulin should take care.
