Cataract Operation & Diabetes With TIPS

My fasting glucose level is 133 mg/dl. Is it okay if i proceed for my cataract operation?

I am a 63 year old male.

Will be grateful for any tips for Dos & Don'ts.... regarding this operation keeping my glucose level in mind.

When I went for same operation,I went to the clinic and got myself tested.The eye surgeon saw the reports before operating.

Let your dr. decide. But, your dr. usually asks for ppbs and not fasting. It should be less than 200.
