Hi , i am 30 yr and have diabtese for 2 yrs and as per my last post my hba1c was at 7.1 now after 3 month my hba1c is 5.2 checked recently and my doc has removed Glimpride wich i was taking earlier but continuing with Janumet50/1000.
My fasting sugar is still in the range of 108 to 123 And ppbs is in the range of 120 to 140..
Kindly advise if i am on right direction..
I am following the low carb diet and exercise atleast 4 to 5 days a week.
Also guide me to live medicine free life.. As my doctor told me that i have LADA type diabtese..
Please help me to understand as this group has given me lots of knowledge and advise earlier..

Janumet 50 mg/1000 mg tablets is a brand of medicine containing the active ingredient Sitagliptin 50 mg; Metformin hydrochloride 1000 mg.

as you are saying it is LADA type of diabetes what kind of tests doctors have suggested you while diagnosing this,I also want to know because as gangadharan_nair says it is adulthood type 1 diabetes and it is because of family history and obesity i have family history as well as obesity plz help me
