Personally, I use filtered water to drink and cook meals during the day.

In India, does one have any choice but to use "filtered" water ? If one doesn't use filtered water, diabetes will not be the cause of ones death, I'm sure

It is said that prolonged use if alkaline water helps control diabetes

Drink tap water in India and die a miserable death. Of course, that could help keep the population from hitting 2000 million in due course

I drink Diet Tonic Water. Good for circulation but check with your Dr ?

You do that. I will stick to "filtered water".

I have been drinking "filtered water" in Bombay for well over 25 years and have NEVER EVER had a problem thus far. Btw, we do not boil water and see no need to do so.
