Hi, I am 43 yrs old housewife. My sugar level has always been on borderline never went beyond the red line. Have no history of parental diabetics.
Today I checked my sugar, fasting was 120 & after 2.30 hrs of my breakfast it went down to 93. I don't take any medication for sugar. Since last 3 - 4 days I am experiencing a heaviness in my head linking till my nose.. I really don't know what it is..
Consume less food more times in a day. Sudden drop of blood sugar from 120 mg/dL to 93 mg/dL may be the reason for experiencing a heaviness in your head.
