I have been thinking on the same advice, for some time. It is quiet a good suggestion to have analysed and reviewed, all our doubts by an M.D and a Dietitian/Nutrition, only to give us an expert advice.

Doctors and dietitians are misinformed. I don't think they can help you except they are updated and think beyond traditional teaching and preaching. There are many on this forum who have controlled and managed their D well. They can be better advisers.
