Side effects of Janumet 50/500

I am a diabetic for the last 20 years. I have been talking Janumet 50/500 twice a day and Amaryl 2 after breakfast. My sugar levels remain normal. But the greatest problem, I face is a gastric like situation which is very bothersome since sometimes I belch ceaselessly and this is resulting in continuous flatulence, indigestion. Antacids and could not get me out of the problem. My doctor changed Janumet for Januvia but it was not effective in normalising my sugar levels. What to do?
