Need advise on blood glucose.

Hi dear members

I have checked my blood glucose with a glucometer and it has given me the reading 111 in the morning (fasting) although i haven't consulted any doctor till now.

Need your advise.

My age is 34 and iam also overweight as well.

Lose weight by fasting until you reatch the good bmi. You should take action now before to be diabetic
