Meds are not the solution. Control your bs. Strict lchf diet. Carbs as low as possible. With the improvement in bs control erection will be good.
Viagara and tadafil only under strict med advice. No if taking sorbitrate like drugs.or can cause fatal hypotension.
Is there any replacement to metformin to get around B12 issue with it?
