you could have had a simple dosa with those vegetables instead of eggs.

Eggs are unnatural with lot of saturated fat and cholesterol contraindicated in diabetics who have disordered fat metabolism{Dyslipidemia}

Dont unnecessarily run the risk of cardiovascular complications

Rameshrao!

Don't think wrong . Eat as u like.there is no proof that eggs are wrong for health. For cholesterol and triglycerides research says 85% of the body it produces body it self through lever and remaining 15% we take from outside.

So be happy 😊 and enjoy from food in summer and winter.eggs are good for diabetes.

You judge the unknown through the known.

Foods with high cholesterol contents were ‘considered’ unhealthy ‘then’ and now the FDA has removed ‘cholesterol’ from the list of harmful diets.

I have been eating 3 No of well boiled eggs for my breakfast for over 1 year after experimenting with several for a quick energetic breakfast. I switched to LCHF 2 years ago. My consultant for the last 11 years –for my Type 2 condition, an endocrinologist, who virtually scolded me for my change over to ‘fatty foods’ despite her expert advice has listed me as one of her study patients now.

And after attending her conference in the US 2 weeks ago she confessed to me during my last visit that she is recommending LCHF to her patients.

Our doctors are like our school teachers teaching the syllabus given to them by the Education Authorities whether they like its contents or not. You can’t blame the doctors of their opinion on cholesterol because they were taught what they preach- they are not research personals.

And again why should they take the risk? They would be held accountable for professional negligence for deviating from what they were taught! Evolution is a slow process but it goes on perpetually.

My present readings after changing over to LCHF is what it would have been when I was in my 40s though I am going into my 70s soon. The initial dosages for Type 2 remains reduced by half after the changeover!!
