You are doing exceeding well. Pl bring down yr triglycerides value to less than 159. Reduce oily foods. Or do extra walk.

You are doing exceedingly well on bs control part. But your lipid profile needs attention. Please reduce carb intake further to around 50-70g per day. If you are nonveg you can do it easily.
