Are you type 1, 2 or LADA (1.5)? What has your doctor said at your last appointment? Over the phone? Do they have you counting carbs for each meal and snack? Do they have you doing an exercise routine each day? Every other day?

Please try to remain medfree by cutting down carbs further and adding exercise. Try intermittent fasting.
