After exercise sugar level increase 97 to 113

Before exercise sugar 97 and after exercise it is 113. My question is why sugar level increase after exercise ? Is there any problem?

It is the effect of exercise.No problem

It is normal action of body. Sugar is released by muscles and liver when body need it.
