Normal Range?

My fasting varies between 110-120 and PP remains below 160 and also I am not taking any medicines to control the level. What does it indicate

It indicates you sugaris reduce it 1.5 but increase v levels are not in normal range, but still it is at inital stages, i suggest reduce carb intake like rice, potato,sugar, increase vegetables meat and reduce all grains like even chapptahis, if you were ating 3 chapattis reduce it 1.5 but increase vefgetables/meat/ egg to equivelnt amount

U r in prediabetic stage. Good that u understand it in early stage so u can control yr carb. The only way to control diabetes is to control carb. If u r obese than reduce calorie intake. U r on the turning point & if u control carb right now than u will conquer diabetes.

With little more effort, you will be able to have a good control. Before that, you should check your HbA1c which will thro more light on yr diabetic condition.

I got it checked six months ago it was 238. Since then i contolled carb and sugar and now it remains 100-120 fasting and 100-150 PP and, 85-110 random. Is it fine or i have to have more control over it.

see diabities once if start never end dont mind control it by walking burning carbo control over diet eat in pieces do not take tension at all are any member is or were diabitoic earlier
