What faty food eatable in high fat diet

I confused and eat more eggs and animals food now I m suffering from Heart Blockage

Pls tell what high faty food is good for diabetic

Good fats are vco, co, evoo, cow ghee, ghee and mct. Mustard oil and sesame oils are also good.

Cut down carbs to lchf range.

I can't eat much animal fat either - always suffer after eggs and fish even. I get can't take mustard oil, ghee, but can take sesame oils in not too high amounts. I am sure with Lupus we need to go with what suits us as no diet suits everyone, including LCHF especially if there are problems with the gall bladder as can be - as with any organ or part affected.

I would suggest my favorite snacks made of any firm vegetables like celery sticks, cucumbers and restricted amounts of carrots dipped with either sugar-free peanut butter or tahini spread. They are so yummy and also fill me up. You should also eat a handful of raw and unsalted nuts daily like Brasil nuts, walnuts, almonds and a bit of dry roasted peanuts.

If I have a problem it is emptying too much rather than not enough.
