Diabetes and sex are widely discussed subject. Actually Viagara is very useful to a diabetic male with ED - erectile dysfunction. Thank god they say dysfunction and not failure. Well there are two aspects.

1) t2d is a disease of old age - 40+ and natural ED is likely to occur even without D. There are psychological factors also.

coronaries can be evaluated by invasive and noninvasive methods.

Non invasive : ecg, tmt, cac scoring by ct angio etc. Thallium/ scinti scanning

invasive : ct angiography.

There may be many others. Cardiologist can help you.
