I tried 2 tbs of acv in water the other day, and I don't like it at all ! But I know I could manage with a bit of honey in it. Hmmm. The only thing to do is experiment and keep blood testing. Any comments?

how are your GGT numbers now???Hope your liver is improving.... you try cinnamon tea everyday for ur cholesterol....and turmeric for liver....is it possible for you to get raw turmeric in local market??

Dilute in a full glass of water

Add up one lemon if possible for nest effects

Side effects: no more acidity

Please remember to swish your mouth with some water and spit away after drinking
