These americans are utterly confused people. This index and that index. I don't find any significance in that. We have so many tests to know the severity of our D. So many postulations because they are fumbling in dark. Arey bhai D hai stop or reduce carbs. Simple. Diet diet and diet is the treatment. They must learn it and give up their ego. Should have a courage to accept the blunder and telling the world that for so many years they knowingly or unknowingly misguided the world and caused them ( the people of the world ) damage.

Nice to see your reply .I am still following the lchf diet and sugar levels are under control. fasting is 90 to 100 and ppbs is mostly below 120.
