  • If in doubt - follow the money!

  • Who is money?

  • Dear akhil,

The main question is how it works?

    Ie,

is it a purely low gi food or it contains something of an antiglycemic substance?

Any way it will be the cheapest

Filler food for a diabetic. Tastier than rice or wheat.

In my personal diet experiments I had used

    Melons and gourds.

    Good luck

  • Lowering the GL of a diet by replacing high Gi foods with low Gi foods has to be a step in the right direction. Often, eating natural fat instead would be even more effective.
