India is different from other countries, the change of weather - temperature almost 6 times in a year. Thus calorie intake will not be same but as habit whatever we eat during winter wish to eat almost in all seasons, which is wrong. Similarly how much we eat at the age of 18, wish to eat same diet till 85.
In my opinion the calorie intake must be varied as per age, as per working & Life style, as per weather temperature etc.
I suggest as follows : from 18 to 25 years - 2000 to 2500 Kcl. ; 25-35 years : 2000 to 2500 Kcl., 35 to 45 years - 1600 to 2000 Kcl ; 45 to 55 years- 1000 to 1500 Kcal.; 55 to 65 years - 600 to 1000 K cal ; 65 to 75 years : 400 to 800 K cal ; 75 to 100 Years : 300 to 500 Kcal ; above 100 years - 200 to 400 kcal.
This kind of diet surely detoxify the body, fully disease free and super active, I also suggest SUN Grazing - keep yourself minimum 15 minutes in SUN rays in morning.
