I am suffering from voice problem for last 12 months. my voice is under pressure and I have to put strength to speak. my voice is not clear I find difficulty to speak fluently. I am not 61 years old.

I understand your problem.  If u are aged around 60+ or more it may be due to age related morphaogical changes. If this is the case you have to see the ent surgeon and after evaluation you may have to undergo speech therapy and it is to get beter voice. I supposse u by this time have undergone the treatment from any doctor and thosse doctor/doctors refer u to the ENT department. If u are an asthamatic patient the intake of inhalers may cause throat irritation and that cause burning sensation making the voice change. If u are a cardiac patient and undergone open heart surgery due to some post surgical reason u may get voice change and again here u have to visit ENT department. Another reason your thyroid status tobe analysed.  Hence first visit a general physicion and on his advice you can approach relent doctor  for futhor follow up to get treatment and to get your melodous voce.  I hope my sugestion will help.

I went to three ENT doctors and took treatment for one month each. they also advised me to go for voice therapy. Some how I did not find it useful. after one months treatment I find no improvement in my voice. now I have sought Homeopathy doctor's advice. lets see.

What are your thyroid test results?

My father, when he was around this age, also had same problem. later, it was detected as 'paralysis of vocal chord' which is curable. He was normal after the treatment.
