Dr Pramod Tripathi from Pune holds workshops and clinics for diabetics. He claims that a some 5 thousand have gone off insulin and oral tabs. Has any one in this forum attended or knows anyone who has?? any feed back? what is this all about?

do "we" have a diet chart of LCDF on a week basis? I'm a non-veg. Non smoker and enjoy my saturday evening 2/3 peg whiskey.

It's really simple and easy once you get your mind right. As Anup says, it's free - all you do is google LCHF. Even if you don't accept the principle that saturated fat isn't a killer, just try it for 6 weeks (seriously, don't fool around trying to cheat) and monitor your blood sugar. Your heart isn't going to blow up in 6 weeks!

I have been one from his 28th batch . I am off medicines from 5th June 15. For me It was worth enrolling . I have hugely benefitted from his program. Now I know that diabetes is NOT CHRONIC PROGRESSIVE SYNDROME but can be put into remission very easily. I also follow LWMDR along with the basic principles explained by Dr Tripathi. I eat everything now, albiet in moderation with normal BSL. But I won't discuss much about him here as there are many enlightened souls here who may feel that I am here to propagate about his work and success. You can get tons of information about him on the net and also watch many people giving their testimonies.
