What is the chance of Diabetic complications if fully controlled, like fbs below 105 and pps below 150

From my research it is very difficult for even an utterly conscientious T1 diabetic to control BS anything like nature does, T2 hugely less. The best way, above all, as Anup underlines, is through a low carbohydrate, high fat diet.

Mine is t2, fbs=85 , pbs after 1hr=126 after 2 hour=100
