Will LCHF diet cause hypoglycemia for diabetics...? What should be the blood sugar level at bedtime

No.

In every biological process the body seeks homeostasis - that is a perfect balance be it temperature, salt levels or glucose in the blood.

You have no active control through diet to achieve glucose stability, you can only upset the balance the wrong way by feeding your body excessive carbohydrate over a long period of time.

Stop the sugar rushes and you body will thank you by returning you homeostasis to optimal.
