does milk and milk products elevates blood sugar levels

here one doctor says we can replace leafy greens,vegetables,sprouts and fresh,dry fruits and nuts,seeds for milk and milk products.forum members opinion please.

Milk products also elevates BS levels as milk has lactose which will get converted to glucose ultimately.. only fat will not be converted to glucose but still provides you with energy..
