amazing health benefits of eating turnips and its juices as follows:

They contains a powerful antioxidant known as glucosinolates and a lots of vitamins and phytonutrients, which helps to reduce the risk of cancer, inhabit the growth of tumor, helps liver to process toxins and finally fight with the effects caused by carcinogens.
