I had similar situation last year in right ear and on searching through internet,i found that if vitamin B12 is taken for 15 to 20 days it can cure tinnitus. I took Neurokind OD( MANKIND PHARMA) daily 1 tab for 20 days and my problem completely cured. You can try above medicine without any side effect.

I had the same problem and went to an ENT who prescribed Ginkoba M tablets, it cured the Tinnitus in the right ear, but the left ear is the same. Since we cannot take Ginkoba M for more than 60 days, I had to discontinue. Ginkoba M increases blood flow to the brain. Side effect was my eye sight improved and now I can read without glasses to an extent :-)) Please got to an ENT doctor or an MD for this.
