Where to get long wheat in Noida?

Please, let me know where we can get long wheat in noida. I see a lot of members talk about benefits of including long wheat in their daily diet.

It may not be avialble at Noida but available in Khari Baoli and other wheat stockists in Delhi. It may be easily available in Muslim majority area as they frequently use it

In local language , what we call this wheat. Is it MP wheat or something else?

I guess it's called 'jau' in Hindi

You can get this on every chakki....in case you don't find in Noida ...let me know..I live in Mayur Vihar Ph -3 very near to noida....and this is in price range of INR 20-30/kg. In case you are looking to control sugar...i will suggest few more items in wheat flour, to name a few it is :-

- Jau - 5KG

- Jai (Oats) - 5Kg

- Bajra (Pearl Millet) - 5 KG

- Kala Channa (Black Gram) - 5 KG

- Soyabeen - 5KG

- Wheat - 20 KG.

This mix flour is very good for this purpose. Finding Jai is tuff task but i checked this you can find in Meerut etc. Few people add Raggi too (which is hard to find).
