I am suffering from Sugar for the last 5 years and regularly taking 500 mg. Metaforte to control the sugar level. But my blood sugar levels remains 139/225 F/PP. What should I do for better results to control sugar level

Diabetes will actually " set in properly" with Metformin. Eventually u will become a good customer for Metformin.
What are your fasting and pp? What is yr HbA1C? Send me mail on ghotikar@yahoo.com or call me on 9346448950 in India .
The safest way is to stay away from medication and eat Balanced nutritious diet + exercise.
