It is understood that both raw coconut meat and virgin coconut oil have a no. of health benefits (specially for diabetics). Benefits are more or less same irrespective of ingredients consumed separately though calorie count is different. Now the question arises whether they can be consumed simultaneously or not. Which is beneficial for a diabetic; consumption of any one of the above two or consumption of both in different times in different meal and how much consumption is safe. Please guide.
