Role of Nitric oxidie in Heart Disease, Fatigue and a Failing Memory

This miracle molecule improves your blood pressure, circulation, memory

It’s finally happened…You’ve reached that age where every visit to your doctor’s office comes with a dose of bad news…“Your blood pressure is too high”…“We need to do something to bring down your cholesterol,” and… “Sorry to tell you this, but there’s a problem with your circulation.”…And you’re left to wonder if you’re going to be plagued by health problems for the rest of your life. It doesn’t have to be that way. Heart problems… low energy… memory problems… and even “performance” issues in the bedroom are not necessarily a normal part of growing older.

Have you ever heard of Nitric Oxide?

Made from just one atom of nitrogen (N) and one atom of oxygen (O), this simple, gaseous molecule penetrates every cell, tissue and organ in your body – and sends signals to direct a multitude of critical functions.”NO” is responsible for…

Relaxing and widening your blood vessels for improved circulation and blood pressure – and a healthier heart…

Strengthening (and even rebuilding) your bones from the inside out…

Commanding your immune cells to kill “bad” bacteria and abnormal cells before they can do you harm…

Helping your brain to send and receive messages more quickly – which boosts your memory and concentration…

And supporting the healthy function of virtually every organ in your body!

Most studies have found that nitric oxide levels start to sink as early as your 40th birthday – and the situation only gets worse the older you get.Japanese researchers have found that by the time you reach your 70s or 80s, you produce and use a staggering 75% less nitric oxide than you did when you were in your 20s.

When your body doesn’t have enough NO…

•Your arteries tighten and constrict – sending your blood pressure skyrocketing…

•The lining of your blood vessels weakens and cracks - allowing plaque to build-up and shooting your cholesterol levels through the roof…

•Dangerous, artery-clogging blood clots are more likely to form…

•And your risk of heart disease, stroke and other age-related health concerns goes through the roof

You can see why preserving healthy levels of nitric oxide in your body is so crucial for your overall health.

But you might be wondering… what’s the big deal? If you’re low on NO, you can simply take a supplement to bring your nitric oxide levels up, right?

Well, it’s not quite that easy…

Researchers at MIT were surprised to discover that the lion’s share of nitric oxide is produced in your mouth – not in your stomach or intestines. The saliva and beneficial bacteria in your mouth are necessary to create nitric oxide. In other words, the most important part of producing nitric oxide takes place before you even swallow! The longer nutrients are in your mouth, the more NO you produce. So if your food, drink, or supplements don’t have time to interact with the saliva and bacteria in your mouth, you can’t produce very much nitric nature…

NO-Booster #1:

Love them or hate them… beets just happen to be one of the best ways to naturally increase nitric oxide levels in your body.

In a study conducted at Wake Forest University, researchers had people drink beet juice and then took blood samples and MRIs of their brains. Then they compared the results to blood samples and MRIs taken of the same people when they didn’t drink beet juice.

The results were phenomenal. The blood samples proved that beet juice increased nitric oxide levels. But that’s not all…

The MRIs showed that – within just hours of drinking the beet juice – blood flow increased in the participants’ brains.

What thrilled researchers even more was the evidence that blood flow was greater in areas of the brain that are associated with memory and concentration.

They concluded that NO-boosting beets help keep brain cells healthy, active and functioning properly. And that helps you think clearer, remember better, and respond faster – no matter what your age.

NO-Booster #2:

You’ve probably heard of hawthorn. This powerful herb has been used to treat heart disease for centuries. Back in the day, it was a remedy for everything from irregular heartbeat… to high blood pressure… to hardening of the arteries… to heart failure.

So hawthorn is a well-known natural solution for heart and circulation health. But here’s something you may not know…

When mixed with beets, hawthorn creates nitric oxide!

Turn your body

into a NO-producing machine

•Vitamin B12: This essential member of the B vitamin family enhances the ability of your cells to process nitric oxide. It also keeps your brain and nerves healthy and working properly.

•Vitamin C: This powerful antioxidant helps make nitric oxide available to cells throughout your body. Plus, it helps grow and repair tired tissues.

Magnesium: This important mineral helps you maintain a healthy heart rhythm. It also prevents calcium from building up in your arteries. And it relaxes the muscles in your arteries so blood flow smoothly.

  • What is oxidie (in the first line)?

  • Oxide.

Nitric oxide is a vaso dilator.

Beets cannot be taken by diabetics, by and large -- at least by diabetics who are following LCHF diet. Most won't even need because vaso dilation occurs naturally once residual insulin in blood falls.
