Check your fasting blood sugar daily and PPBS occasionally. Fasting blood sugar should be less than 100 mg/dL and PPBS less than 140 mg/dL.

You should reduce carbohydrate, oil and fat from your diet. Never consume food after 7:00 pm.

Brisk walking for 30 minutes daily is essential to reduce blood sugar.

Please take HbA1c test.

Raj, asking for suggestions on this forum is a good thing but I hope you have contacted your doctor. These are some high numbers. However what you eat for dinner can influence the fasting BS to some extent and what you eat for a meal definitely makes a difference in the PP sugar readings.

Fats definitely seem to make things worse for diabetics if you are having a balanced carb/protein ratio otherwise. If you can afford to spend the money find a nutritionist and have them create a meal plan for you. Take your latest blood work results with you when you visit the nutritionist, discuss the fasting and PP readings and monitor the blood sugar often.
