my weight is normal 55kgs and i am 68 i want lchf vegitarian diet without loosing weight.


if i know exactly for breakfast,lunch,snaks and dinner i canfollow promptly.

More nuts, avocado, coconut, olive oil, butter, ghee, eggs, cheese, double cream; less grains, cereals, fruit, root vegetables, tubers and legumes.

Going through your concern for lchf plan, I would highly suggest you that if you are aiming for ketosis then you need to be aiming for no more than 30-50g of carbs per day. To be honest, eating high fat doesn't mean you can eat as much as you want, but what does it mean is calculate your protein intake and then work out how much fat you need once your protein intake is set. It's possible to overdo any macronutrient on any diet.

So, before to go with your lchf diet, you need to calculate how much to eat from your protein intake and then try to stick to the amount you work out. It all should be realtive to your BMR (basal metabolic Rate)- this link for the BMR calculator. Hope my answer would certainly help you.
