Effect of LWMDR after 90days

I got lab result today (18.09.2015) ,the results

BLOOD - HAEMATOLOGY - HAEMOGLOBIN - 12.8%

BLOOD - BIOCHEMISTRY - HBA1C - 6.4%

LIPID PROFILE

TOTAL CHOLESTEROL - 179 mg/dl

HDL CHOLESTEROL - 42 mg/dl

LDL CHOESTEROL - 117 mg/dl

VLDL CHOLESTEROL - 20 mg/dl

S.TRIGLYCERIDES - 102 mg/dl

CHO / HDL RATIO - 4.2

LDL / HDL RATIO - 2.7

please give any suggestion about the result. since iam diabetes in 2014 september my FBS - 140-150 ,PPBS- 240-250. first 4 months i take medicine advice by doctor, jan 2015 my HBA1C - 6%. iam not interest to take medicine on jan 2015 end. in feb i start medium diet with 100ml fenugreek water( without medicine) i continue with this diet may 2015 , my HBA1C - 7.2 ON MAY.

I read MR. shooter george experience , finally i decide to follow LWMDR on june till now i follow LWMDR without medicine, after 90days my HBA1C- 6.4%.

Medicine or no medicine. Keep BS fasting and PP under control. Let LWMR show good results and then leave medicine slowly as per doctor advise.
