when you consume sugar
it is a question of what other food, together with it ,
you are eating the sugar ,
[ the monosacharides or disacharides-]
and of course the amount as well.
suppose you are free to eat 600 calories and say 300 is the carbs in it--for a meal.
you take260 carbs of complex starches and 2 tea spoons of table sugar
nothing may happen to your blood sugar.
but if you take
300 complex carbs and the 2 teaspoons of sugar
every balance inside may tumble.
new information! difficult to swallow?
it is true.
all this with the usual medicine and usual work load.
that is the advice since 90s of the last century.
