  • carbohydrate portions.

    10 grams per portion is the British standard.

    15 grams is the USA and AUSTRALIA [canada?],probably the more prevalent in articles and texts.

  • Half an hour exercise,even walking will do.Drink lot of water.Cashew nut,badam,oats with out sugar etc are good.Early to bed and early to rise,anyway before 6 am.

  • Oats are sugar to your body. You have to limit the amount.
