Hi I am taking janubia 100 plus exermet1000 with telmisarten 40 in morning and exermet 1000 with ecosprin 75 av plus telmisarten 40 in evening .I am feeling weakness from few days.kindly advise me about the side effects of allopethic medicines .should I continue or replace with Ayurvedic treatment.now my auger level is normal.
