LCHF diet and angioplsty

I am type 2 diabetic for the last 20years.Some 3years back I had a mild cardiac incident which resulted in angioplasty and a medicated stent.My serum creatin is in the range of 1.2to1.5 which is on the higher side.Can I adopt LCHF diet.

I am with STENT from 2004, ADA is recommending six eggs per week. I am 74 yrs.

You should avoid sugar, fat and oils.
