It is true even for diabetic care and management.We are not even caring to understand the magnitude of the problem as far as diabetic management is concerned.So awareness has to be created among people especially who are present day diabetics as well as future date diabetics.
India is going to the world capital of diabetics.What we fail to understand that while in the West DM is growing at the rate of about 15%,we while here it will grow at the rate of 40%.
As a responsible citizen, it our duty to contribute, if we are in a position,to help firstly by making people aware and then educating about DM and it's complications .Then only help them in avoiding,preventing and managing DM and it's complications.
There are many beneficiaries of a diet plan LCHF in this forum.So an endeavour was made to formulate a cost effective diet plan based on LCHF .It was so disappointing to note when some wrote that it is an impossible task.It was more painful as without making even an effort surrender was declared.
Here if a meaningful discussion had taken place some positive must have been the outcome.Beginning of an idea is always vague and blurred, as new input starts coming very slowly picture gets clearing up.But giving up even without giving a try is a Bloch on us.

The first step towards finding a solution is to recognise and understand the problem.the problem is grossly identified, and that is affordability of diet based on ,say,LCHF ,keeping in the view the income of average Indians.
It was my intention to tackle it collectively without drawing
into any controversy.I do not know if you still see it as impossible,but if you are dead serious for solution,I can initiate and with the help of all we can strive for a solution.It will get better day by day as new ideas start pouring in.I am sure of that, we donot lack telents.
I think the LCHF diet plan has received good response on this forum.If some reservations are expressed,discussion takes place resulting in more clarity.If some people do not follow it in spite of these discussions,so be it .They must be having their own reasons
Yes, somebody really want to reduce cost in lchf. then follow vegetarian lchf. In my case only costly thing i am taking is walnut and badam and panner. so replace that with peanut. Instead of vco oil use fresh coconut of COPRA(dry coconut home made). eat more more inexpensive sabji like locki vegetables of the season. Buy 1 ltr milk and make panner at home. And take wheat sprouts, buna channa for carbs and protein. If their is way to reduce and follow LCHF is pure vegetarian way it is possible. Plus see how much money we are saving in expensive drugs,doctors and tests. Plus future dialyses, open heart surgery etc expenses.
