My experience with Mangoes is opposite of American diabetes Asscociation. Every year after eating mangoes only one fourth of fruite next day my BS goes up in 200s . Many times i ahve tested the result is same high BS.

agree. i din't measure but i feel symptoms of taking high glycaemic foods. About 30 gms of fruit does not affect but more than that, I doubt it is safe.

Proves that mangoes have a different effect on different peoples blood.

After consuming mangoes, my blood sugar rises only a bit and then falls back nicely in a very short time. Like 110--145---110 in about 90/120 mins from "first bite" :-) Your experience and mine also puts paid to the lie that mangoes do not have ANY effect on blood sugar.

but i feel mangoes and raw bananas are good for health. only thing you need to chew well at the time of eating. this increases digestion also.
