  • Halo, the truth is that, these so called "real" " original" stuffs are not available any more ( unless of course you own a big farm and grow all the needful, yourself !!! ). Despite all the careful eating patterns, we consume lots of pesticides, pollutants, everyday ! Suggestions should be offered as to how we can live healthy despite having consumed the adulterated, unhygienic food stuff, we can not avoid particularly in big cities like Mumbai. Equal emphasis should be laid on lots of exercise, yoga, efforts to reduce day to day stresses along with dietary restrictions, for diabetics. Sticking to chair and working in enclosed air conditioned cabins ( Oxygen deprivation) lifestyle is the biggest enemy today, WE ALL MUST REMEMBER and avoid.
